We use the United Parcel Service (UPS) for all deliveries within the United States. Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

2. Processing Times

    • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, slight delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding and are always available to assist with tracking or shipping questions.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping options are available throughout the United States.

  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

We do not offer free shipping at this time, as we prioritize fast, secure, and trackable delivery through trusted carriers.
Shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Tracking Information

All orders are shipped via UPS using reliable, trackable services to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we partner with trusted carriers to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or periods of high volume.

In the rare case that a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on item availability.
