1. Returns
At Elegant Essence, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns on eligible items.
Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Shoes must be tried on indoors only.

Semi-jewelry must include all tags and protective packaging.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

To request a return, please contact us at [email protected], with your order number and item details. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, excluding any shipping charges. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.

We understand that finding the perfect fit or style is important — and we’re here to make that easy.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we offer the following options:

Fast Exchange:
Place a new order for the item you’d like and return the original for a full refund (excluding shipping). This ensures faster delivery and availability of your preferred item. -
Standard Exchange:
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and exchange request. We will hold the item you want for 5 days while your original item is returned. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll ship your new selection. -
Credit Option:
Prefer to decide later? We can issue a store credit instead of a refund, so you can shop again at your convenience.
Please note: Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. All exchange items must meet our standard return eligibility requirements.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including the original delivery and any return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part — such as an incorrect item or a defective product.
